Daily Post #5

On Friday night, I stayed home with my mother alone because my older sister came back to our country.  I and my mother watched a movie called "Tropic Thunder".  It abouts a group of actors who surviving in the golden triangle without knowing it was the home of the heroin-producing Flaming Dragon gang.  I strongly like this movie because by making conflict between real and fake.  After I watched this film I called my friend to tell her the plot of this film by English.  I told her this film likes an adventure when coming up with a plan but nothing goes as planned.  She said she will watch this movie because of my recommendation.

Daily post #4

Something really bad happened to my family so that's why I could not post my daily on time.  Yesterday I went to the hospital.  While the doctor was talking to me I tried to listen carefully and answered for him everything I know.  I was really scared at the time I tried to be calm because I did not want anyone in my family get more worrier about me.

Daily Post #3

Today I watched a movie called "Jaws" at home with my friends.  The film shows how the sharks caused the deaths of people.  It brought me the surprises from one to another by placing the camera right above the water line and it makes the feelings of being pulled into the movie.  I felt very scared also tremble with the excitement.   While I was watching this film with the subtitles and something I did not get it I asked my friends so they explained for me some words that I do not know.  It was very helpful when they told me the definition because I knew more new words also the way to express things in my own way.

Daily Post #1

Today  I talked to my cousin about high school graduation requirements because she wants to know more about the subjects she supposes to take.  And I gave her some advices that I spent while I was studying at high school.

A meaningful movie

Freedom Writers was a good movie.  This movie is about how a group of high school students have changed their destiny and their life in good ways.  They had gained their self-motivation toward school because of a passionate teacher.  Freedom Writers movie shows us the importance of education.  At first, the students in Mrs. G were not know good things about what they suppose to learn.  For example, when they have started to read a book called The Diary of Anne Frank they have figured out new things they never know before that’s why they felt very interested in the book.  Freedom Writers has a good example of dedicated teacher.  Mrs. Gruwell was the one who believed in her students even when a lot of teachers and her department head in school just ignored and did not care about them.  She tried to help them everything she could by taking on two part time jobs to pay for more books for her students also spent a lot more time at school.  Third, this movie has contained good thing that it mentions about historical event.  For instance, when her student drew a picture that about racists and Mrs. G taught them about the Holocaust.  The period of time that when Hitler became Chancellor of Germany and the number of the people who were killed in the Holocaust is in the millions.  In conclusion, Freedom Writers was a good movie contains lot of good lesson in life and knowledge about history.
